Scope of service

The service objectives are as following.

• To increase or build capability and potential of coachee (some who is being coached) in order to fulfill his or her task for achieving organization goals.

• Mostly, coaching also change or alter attitude, way of thinking, and believe of coachee by questioning, metaphoring, and comparing through story telling.
• Coach assumes client executives are the expert in their business. Through active inquiry and thought-provoking questions. Coach helps them solve their own problem and find their own answers.
• Turning executive or manager into a qualified leader which developing leadership skills.
• Transform executive to be a good coach and recognize the role of being servant or stewardship
• As known, a constant change is inevitable thus all executives need to recognize through coaching on how to work and perform their tasks with resilience, agile and flexible to cope with the changes in their business environment and circumstance. Besides, they need to know how to think out of the box with the right principle and track not by arbitrary.
• When data is a new oil, all executives are a must to understand and know how to use data to coin strategies and drive competency. By our unique coaching style, coachee will learn how and where to collect the right data and knowing how to analyze and synthesize, otherwise data will be overflood and eventually become a burden and waste organization resources.
